We work closely with our clients to determine the optimum number of hours that wheels and rims should be in service before being tested, helping eliminate pre-emptive inspections and unnecessary equipment down time.
We compile recommendations regarding problem areas identified to ensure that potential and realized areas of concern are brought to your attention. We highlight worn and damaged areas of assemblies and correct matching and fitting of components. We inform you about missing studs, nuts, valve caps, worn back sections, gutter and Centre sections.
In hand with the site inspection is site severity overviews on loading, tipping and haul road competency.
